Amazon tells you what you sold. Aide tells you what you kept — every order costed with your real referral and FBA fees, ad spend, COGS, refunds and VAT, then reconciled against your settlement to the penny.
Free to join. Leave an email and a phone number and we'll get in touch the moment we're live — we never sell your details.

Illustrative figures. Your dashboard shows your own numbers, and nobody else's — ever.
Every number you need exists. It just lives in four different places that disagree with each other.
Your sales report and your payout never match. Something ate the difference and no report tells you which product it was.
You find out six weeks late. A SKU quietly loses money all month and the settlement is the first thing that tells you.
Ad spend lives in one console, costs in a spreadsheet, VAT in your head. Nothing adds up without you doing it by hand.
Every Monday, the same three CSV exports. An hour of copy-paste to answer one question: did we actually make money?
Aide answers it in four seconds, on your phone, before your first coffee.
Pulled automatically from your own Amazon account each day, and refreshed through the day — so today is never blank.
Enter your unit costs once. Every day is then costed with Amazon's referral and FBA fees, ad spend, refunds and VAT — so you see what you actually kept, not what you sold.
Reconciled against your actual Amazon settlement reports — not an estimate of what Amazon might have charged. Net proceeds match what lands in your bank.
Spend, clicks, ad sales, ACOS, TACOS and ROAS broken down by product as well as by campaign — so you stop guessing which listing your budget is really feeding.
FBA stock levels sitting next to your real sales velocity, so you can see what is about to run out while there is still time to do something about it.
Best Sellers Rank is only ever reported as of right now. We snapshot it daily, so you keep the trend line Amazon throws away.
Orders mapped by city and postcode area, so you can see which parts of the UK actually buy your products — and which ones never have.
Three steps, and you only do the first one.
Name, email, phone and roughly how many SKUs you sell. Thirty seconds, and we'll come to you the moment we're live.
One click through Amazon's own consent screen — no keys to copy, nothing technical to set up. Revoke it whenever you like from Seller Central.
Sales, orders, advertising, inventory, settlements and rank are backfilled and kept current automatically. You just read your numbers.
Most Amazon software helps you grow the top line. Aide tells you whether the top line was worth having.

Sellers who own all three of the big research tools still keep a profit spreadsheet. That spreadsheet is the thing Aide replaces.
Every plan starts with a free trial. No card up front, cancel in one click.
Founding sellers from the waiting list keep their launch price for as
long as they stay subscribed, whatever we charge later.

Because we'd rather not hand you a half-connected dashboard. Aide reads your data through Amazon's official Selling Partner and Advertising APIs, and using those at scale needs Amazon's approval — which we are going through properly rather than working around. Until that approval lands, connecting an account is a developer-level job no seller should have to do. The waiting list is in order — when Amazon approves us, we work down it.
Aide is read-only. It cannot change bids, prices, listings, campaigns or settings, because it never asks Amazon for permission to write anything. It is not a repricer and not a PPC automation tool. You can revoke access from Seller Central at any moment without asking us.
In the United Kingdom. Stored, processed and backed up here, never transferred abroad. Your Amazon authorisation tokens are encrypted at rest with a key held outside the database, and are never displayed back to you or written to our logs.
No. Separation is enforced by the database itself through row-level security, so a query for one seller physically cannot return another seller's rows — it isn't application code that could have a bug in it. Your figures are never pooled, benchmarked or resold.
Your unit costs. Amazon knows what it charged you but has no idea what your stock cost, so profit is only as good as that one number. There's a short setup screen for it, you can edit it whenever costs change, and everything else comes from Amazon automatically.
Disconnect and your stored Amazon tokens are deleted immediately. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your data within 30 days. There's no contract and no exit fee — you're month to month from the day you start.
Join the waiting list and you'll be among the first sellers in when Amazon approves us — at the founding price, for as long as you stay.
